Villa Lydia is situated in a tranquil setting surrounded by olive groves and woods in the grounds of Frido hill in Akrotiri. One of four detached villas on the family plot, Lydia enjoys uninterrupted sea views all the way to the nearby island of Kefalonia and mainland Greece. Combining a large private pool, private gardens and parking area the villa is fully equipped and air conditioned throughout and is in the most sought after location of the island it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Villa Lydia is built on two levels, on the ground floor guests will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, the lounge has a real fire place and a hand made sofa and sofa bed and there is a bath/shower room. On the top floor there is the master bedroom with a handcrafted cast iron king size bed and an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a balcony with fantastic views. There is also a twin bedroom with en suite bath/shower room. All rooms have air condition and television.

The exterior of the villa has a stone patio/veranda with stone built sofa on the front of the property and at the back a large wooden decked veranda overlooking the swimming pool and enjoying lovely views of the surrounding area and the sea. There is also a private garden that makes a great playground for children and grownups alike.

Babycots available on request free of charge and the sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate extra person at an additional charge. Linen & towels are provided and there is a regular maid service. There is a strict no smoking policy in the villa but ashtrays are provided in the outside areas for people who wish to smoke.
